Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn footwear in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is placed inside a protective shipping bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
